Three-Phase Grid-Tied Solar Inverter · BE30-50KW-3PG
Overview
Bexie Energy’s BE30-50KW-3PG three-phase solar inverter is a medium-high-power solution for photovoltaic installations in commercial buildings, industrial premises and businesses with high energy demand. With power ratings of 30 to 50 kW, the three-phase commercial solar inverter converts the DC energy generated by the solar panels into alternating current ready to directly supply the building’s loads or export any surplus to the grid.
The BE30-50KW-3PG three-phase commercial solar inverter sits between the 100-110 kW model and the residential inverters in the range, covering the needs of medium-scale commercial and industrial installations looking to maximise self-consumption and reduce electricity bills.

Applications of the three-phase solar inverter
The BE30-50KW-3PG three-phase commercial solar inverter is suitable for:
- Medium-scale offices and commercial buildings
- Industrial buildings with three-phase consumption
- Hotels and hospitality establishments
- Retail centres and large retail premises
- Agricultural installations with high energy demand
- Energy communities and collective self-consumption projects
What size of installation is it suitable for?
The BE30-50KW-3PG three-phase commercial solar inverter is most suitable for photovoltaic installations of between 30 and 60 kWp:
- 30 kW: for 30-38 kWp installations — approximately 60-75 panels of 500W
- 50 kW: for 50-62 kWp installations — approximately 100-125 panels of 500W
For larger installations, take a look at the 100-110 kW three-phase inverter.
Advantages of the three-phase commercial solar inverter over single-phase
- Higher power in a single unit — fewer inverters required
- Balanced distribution across the three phases — lower grid imbalance
- Required in installations with medium-voltage three-phase supply
- Greater efficiency in high-power installations
- Meets grid connection requirements for commercial installations
Certifications and regulatory compliance
The BE30-50KW-3PG three-phase commercial solar inverter is certified for grid connection in the main markets:
- IEC 61000 — electromagnetic compatibility
- IEC 62109 — safety of PV inverters
- VDE 4105 — low-voltage grid connection (Germany)
- IEC / EN 50549 — requirements for grid-connected generators (Europe/Poland)
- G99 — UK grid connection standard for installations above 16 A per phase
Return on investment of the three-phase commercial solar inverter
A 50 kWp installation with this three-phase commercial solar inverter can generate approximately 70,000-80,000 kWh per year in southern Europe, equivalent to savings of between 8,000 and 12,000 euros per year depending on energy prices and the consumption profile. The typical payback period for commercial installations is between 4 and 7 years.

Frequently asked questions about the three-phase commercial solar inverter 50 kW
How many solar panels can this inverter handle?
For the 50 kW model we recommend a PV array of between 50 and 62 kWp, equivalent to between 100 and 125 panels of 500W. For exact sizing, contact our technical team.
Can it operate if there’s a power cut?
No. Grid-tied inverters automatically disconnect during a grid outage as required by safety regulations. If you need continuity of supply, combine this inverter with a storage system and a hybrid inverter.
Is it certified for installation in the UK and EU?
Yes, it holds the main European certifications (IEC 62109, IEC 50549, VDE 4105) and meets the requirements of UK G99 grid connection standards for commercial installations above 16 A per phase. Installation must be carried out by a certified electrical installer and registered with the relevant Distribution Network Operator (DNO).
What’s the difference between the BE30-50KW and the BE100-110KW?
The difference is the nominal power. The BE30-50KW is suitable for 30-62 kWp installations. The BE100-110KW is for 100-135 kWp installations. Choose based on the size of your PV array and the building’s demand.
Does it include a warranty?
Yes, it includes a product warranty. Refer to the technical datasheet or contact our team to learn about the specific warranty conditions and available maintenance plans.
